This lesson is the final class of Season 5.5, we conclude with the final day of the life of Moses, our Teacher, may peace be upon him, and press forward with the creation of the Universe by the beautiful song of the Only Living G-d!
Moses, closes with a speech and song to the Nation of Israel, the captains of the tribes, the elders, and the officers, along with all the men of Israel, the little ones, the wives, and the strangers in their camp, including converts( those not yet completed the Mikvah ceremony) and proselytes (modern day Noahides), from the woodcutters (idol carvers or modern day Rome 325/ aster worshippers ) to the water carriers( those rejected from conversion due to continued idolatries and sorcery practices).
Moses speaks about the covenant of the Lord HaShem, The Blessed Holy One and His oath, not only with those present that day but also with those who are not present(surrounding earth inhabitants present time and future that would accept HaShem as G-d).
This occurs before his death and the entrance of the Nation of Israel into the Promised Land, fulfilling prophecies spoken thousands of years earlier to our Father Abraham.
This lesson we will review a of Deuteronomy Portion of the Bible Study.

I entitled this Bible Study: Deuteronomy ch 34.
A kiss from a Rose
Why?
I am glad you asked……
Growing up.. there was this huge… and I mean huge song with the title from a Batman series movie. Seal, the singer of the song, in my opinion, had a saxophone jazz kind of smooth voice. Mornings, getting ready for the day, my brothers and I used to race to the huge oversized speakers radio system in the living room and turn on the radio or cd player. All of us with a goal in mind: to have our choice of song and genre played. Well, when this song came to public theaters… we found another great song to enjoy together. 3 competitive siblings united as one, by a song. #memories
In the previous Bible Study, we reviewed the language of song and how powerful music can be, as well as the many uses for music. According to Jewish tradition, it is said that HaShem, The Holy Blessed One, sang the world into existence.
Legends of the Jews
THE FIRST THINGS CREATED
In the beginning, two thousand years before the heaven and the earth, seven things were created: the Torah written with black fire on white fire, and lying in the lap of God; the Divine Throne, erected in the heaven which later was over the heads of the Hayyot; Paradise on the right side of God, Hell on the left side; the Celestial Sanctuary directly in front of God, having a jewel on its altar graven with the Name of the Messiah, and a Voice that cries aloud, “Return, ye children of men.”
When God resolved upon the creation of the world, He took counsel with the Torah. Her advice was this: “O Lord, a king without an army and without courtiers and attendants hardly deserves the name of king, for none is nigh to express the homage due to him.” The answer pleased God exceedingly. Thus did He teach all earthly kings, by His Divine example, to undertake naught without first consulting advisers.
The advice of the Torah was given with some reservations. She was skeptical about the value of an earthly world, on account of the sinfulness of men, who would be sure to disregard her precepts. But God dispelled her doubts. He told her, that repentance had been created long before, and sinners would have the opportunity of mending their ways. Besides, the Temple service would be invested with atoning power, and Paradise and hell were intended to do duty as reward and punishment. Finally, the Messiah was appointed to bring salvation, which would put an end to all sinfulness.
In fact, many might be surprised how many times in the Tanakh and Torah singing and praising G-d is mentioned. These are not the only verses in the Torah or Tanakh showing the praise and exaltation of G-d with song, yells, musical instruments or worship, but these are in my opinion some of the most memorable.
When the priests came out of the Sanctuary—all the priests present had sanctified themselves, without keeping to the set divisions—
all the Levite singers, Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun, their sons and their brothers, dressed in fine linen, holding cymbals, harps, and lyres, were standing to the east of the altar, and with them were 120 priests who blew trumpets.
The trumpeters and the singers joined in unison to praise and extol the LORD; and as the sound of the trumpets, cymbals, and other musical instruments, and the praise of the LORD, “For He is good, for His steadfast love is eternal,” grew louder, the House, the House of the LORD, was filled with a cloud.
The priests could not stay and perform the service because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the House of God.
Thus said GOD: I will restore the fortunes of Jacob’s tents And have compassion upon his dwellings. The city shall be rebuilt on its mound, And the fortress in its proper place.
From them shall issue thanksgiving And the sound of dancers. I will multiply them, And they shall not be few; I will make them honored, And they shall not be humbled.
His children shall be as of old, And his community shall be established by My grace; And I will deal with all his oppressors.
But I, with loud thanksgiving, Will sacrifice to You; What I have vowed I will perform. Deliverance is GOD’s!
I believe just as the world was created with a song and just as Israel celebrated HaShem after the crossing of the Sea of Reeds with a song, so shall the celebrated long-awaited arrival of the Moshiach be with a song!
Let’s continue on..
What to expect this Bible Study. We have not returned to a full schedule, but I would like to ease into Season 6…..therefore we will be calling this part of the Season 5.5… hahahahahaha! It will not be a full schedule, but at least we have the warm up, because summer isn’t hot enough… right?!?!
Currently I am reading on my own Shabbat time the Book of Isaiah. I found a video that might explain the Book of Isaiah more clearly than I might. To be quite honest… I am finding the Book of Isaiah difficult to not only understand, but retain. I do enjoy reading and understanding what I am currently able, but there is not a doubt in my mind I will need more in depth instruction on this book.
But, once we get rockin and rollin……
We will continue to increase in our intro Hebrew vocabulary, intro Hebrew terminology, Tanakh (the actual …. Jewish Bible.. that means no “new testament”) introduction, and Torah Spiritual Teaching.(Moving on to the Bible Study section)
Blessings of the Torah:
Why Blessings of the Torah?: Before we begin the Study of the Torah a Blessing is done. In saying the Blessing we are for filling a mitzvah and Blessing HaShem, of Glory and Truth’s beautiful Torah.
A Mitzvah is defined basically as:
A commandment of the Jewish law.
The fulfillment of such a commandment.
A worthy deed.
I, say these Blessings every morning during my morning prayers. And, to ensure I am not leading others into to improper practices, I want to ensure I repeat the Blessings of HaShem, Our Merciful Father’s Torah just incase others may not have yet had a chance today.
Blessing of the Torah: Blessed are You, HaShem our God, King of the Universe, Who sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to be engrossed in the words of Torah. HaShem our God, please make the words of Your Torah pleasant in our mouths and in the mouths of Your people Israel. And may we and our descendants [and the descendants of our descendants] and the descendants of Your people the House of Israel, all know Your Name and be students of Your Torah for its own sake. Blessed are You, HaShem Who teaches Torah to His people, Israel. Blessed are You, HaShem our God, King of the Universe Who chose us from among all the peoples and gave us His Torah. Blessed are You, HaShem, Giver of the Torah!
Blessing before the reading of the Torah: Bor’chu es ado-noy ha-m’voroch. Bless the L-rd who is blessed. Congregation and Oleh say: Boruch ado-noy ha-m’voroch l’olom vo-ed. Blessed be the L-rd who is blessed for all eternity. Oleh continues: Boruch atoh ado-noy elo-haynu melech ho-olom, asher bochar bonu mikol ha-amim, v’nosan lonu es toroso. Boruch atoh ado-noy, nosayn ha-toroh. Blessed are You, L-rd our G‑d, King of the universe, who has chosen us from among all the nations and given us His Torah. Blessed are You L-rd, who gives the Torah.
Moshe went up from the plains of Moav to Mount Nevo—the peak of the crest that faces Yereicho; and Adonoy showed him the entire land, the Gil’od till Don.
And all of Naftoli, and the land of Ephraim and Menasheh; and all the land of Yehudah up until the rearward [westward] Sea.
And the Negev, and the plain, the valley of Yereicho, the city of date-palms, till Tzo’ar.
Adonoy said to him, ‘‘This is the land that I swore to Avrohom, to Yitzchok, and to Yaakov, saying, ‘I will give it to your descendants [children]’; I have shown it to you with your eyes, but you will not cross over there.’’
Moshe, Adonoy’s servant, died there, in the land of Moav, by the mouth [word] of Adonoy.
He buried him in the valley in the land of Moav facing Beis Peor; and no man knows his burial place till this very day.
And Moshe was 120 years old at his death; his appearance was not dulled, and his freshness did not fade [his facial radiance did not change].
Bnei Yisroel bewailed Moshe on the plains of Moav for thirty days; [after which] ended the days of bewailing in Moshe’s mourning period.
And Yehoshua son of Nun was filled with a spirit of wisdom because Moshe had rested his hands on him; Bnei Yisroel listened to him and acted as Adonoy had commanded Moshe.
And there has not ever arisen a prophet within Yisroel like Moshe, whom Adonoy knew [appeared to] face-to-face.
For all the signs and the wonders that Adonoy sent him to perform in the land of Egypt, to Pharoah and to all his slaves and to his entire land.
And for the entire strong hand and for the entire great display [manifestations] that Moshe performed in view of all of Yisroel. CHAZAK
“Chazak! Chazak! Venischazeik!
Be Strong! Be Strong! And may We be Strengthened!)”
In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth. The earth was unformed and desolate, and (there was) darkness [was spread] over the surface of the abyss. The breath of [from before] Elohim hovered [blew] above the surface of the water. Elohim said, Let there be light. and there was light. Elohim saw that the light was good, and Elohim divided the light from the darkness. Elohim called the light day, and the darkness He called night. It became evening and it became morning, one day. Elohim said, Let there be a canopy in the midst [middle] of the waters, and let it divide between waters and waters. Elohim made the canopy, and divided the waters which were beneath the canopy, from the waters which were above the canopy, and it was so. Elohim called the canopy heaven. It became evening and it became morning the second day. Elohim said, Let the waters beneath the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dryness be seen. It was so. Elohim called the dryness, earth, and the gathering of the waters, He called seas, and Elohim saw that it was good. Elohim said, Let the earth sprout grass, seed-yielding herbs, fruit trees bearing fruit of its own kind, with its seed within it, upon the earth. And it was so. The earth brought forth grass, herbs yielding seed of its kind, and trees bearing fruit which has in it seeds of its kind; and Elohim saw that it was good. It became evening and it became morning, the third day. Elohim said, Let there be lights in the canopy of heaven to divide between the day and the night, and they will serve for signs for seasons, [and to count] (for) days and (for) years [with them]. They will be for lights in the canopy of heaven to illuminate the earth. And it was so. Elohim made the two great lights, the large light to rule the day, and the small light to rule the night, and the stars Elohim set them in the canopy of the heaven to illuminate the earth, to rule in the day and the night, and to divide between the light and the darkness; and Elohim saw that it was good. It became evening and it became morning, the fourth day. Elohim said, Let the waters teem with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth, in the open canopy of the heaven. And thus Elohim created the great whales, and every living creature that creeps, with which the waters teem, of its kind, and every winged bird of its kind; and Elohim saw that it was good. Elohim blessed them saying, Be fruitful and multiply, fill the waters of the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth. It became evening and it became morning, the fifth day. Elohim said, Let the earth bring forth living creatures, each of its kind, animals [of pasture], creeping things, and beasts of the earth, each to its kind. And it was so. And thus Elohim made the beasts of the earth, each of its kind, the animals [of pasture] each of its kind, and everything that creeps on the ground, each of its kind, and Elohim saw that it was good. Elohim said, Let us make man in our image, as our likeness, and let him dominate the fish of the sea, the birds of the heaven, the animals, all the earth, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. And thus Elohim created man in his image. In the form of Elohim, He created him, male and female, He created them. Elohim blessed them, and Elohim said to them, Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it, and dominate the fish of the sea, the birds of the heaven, and every living thing that moves upon the earth. Elohim said, Behold, I have given you all seed-yielding herbs that are on the surface of the earth, and every tree that has seed-yielding fruit; to you it shall be for food. And for every animal of the earth, for every bird of the heaven, and for everything that creeps on the ground, in which there is a living spirit, all vegetational herbs shall be [their] food. And it was so. Elohim saw all that He had made, and behold it was very good [completely prepared]. It became evening and it became morning, the sixth day. 2 The heavens and the earth were completed, and [so were] all their conglomerations. Elohim completed by the seventh day His work which He had made, and He abstained on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. Elohim blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, for on it He abstained from all His work, which Elohim had created to do.
For those who would love to listen to an audio book of the Legends of the Jews, I link I found on YouTube is below. I love these recordings. I find them entertaining and peaceful. Sometimes, I even listen to the recordings on storming days while sipping tea outside. For me it’s a piece of peace these days. I hope other might enjoy.

35The eighth day shall be a time of restriction for you; you shall not perform any mundane work.
36You shall offer up a burnt offering, a fire offering for a spirit of satisfaction to the Lord: one bull, one ram, and seven lambs in the first year, [all] unblemished.
37Their meal offerings and their libations, for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, as prescribed.
38And one young male goat for a sin offering, besides the continual burnt offering, its meal offering and its libation.
39These you shall offer up for the Lord on your festivals, besides your vows and voluntary offerings, for your burnt offerings, for your meal offerings, for your libations, and for your peace offerings.
Bamidbar (Numbers) Chapter 30
1Moses spoke to the children of Israel in accordance with all that the Lord had commanded Moses.
Yehoshua (Joshua) Chapter 1
1And it was after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, that the Lord said to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister, saying:
2Moses my servant has died; and now arise cross this Jordan, you and all this nation, to the land which I give the children of Israel.
3Every place on which the soles of your feet will tread I have given to you, as I have spoken to Moses.
4From this desert and Lebanon to the great river, the Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites to the great sea westward shall be your boundary.
5No man shall stand up before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so shall I be with you. I will not weaken My grasp on you nor will I abandon you.
6Be strong and have courage; for you will cause this nation to inherit the land that I have sworn to their ancestors to give to them.
7Just be strong and very courageous to observe and do in accordance with all of the Torah that Moses My servant has commanded you. Do not stray therefrom right or left, in order that you succeed wherever you go.
8This book of the Torah shall not leave your mouth; you shall meditate therein day and night, in order that you observe to do all that is written in it, for then will you succeed in all your ways and then will you prosper.
9Did I not command you, be strong and have courage, do not fear and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
10And Joshua commanded the officers of the nation, saying:
11Go through the midst of the camp and command the nation saying: Prepare provision for yourselves, for in another three days you will cross this Jordan to come and inherit the land that the Lord your God is giving you to inherit.
12And to the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half tribe of Manasseh, Joshua said, saying:
13Remember the word that Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you saying: The Lord your God is giving you rest and has given you this land.
14Your wives, your children, and your cattle shall settle in the land that Moses gave you on this side of the Jordan, and you, all the warriors, shall cross over armed before your brothers, and you shall help them.
15Until the Lord gives your brothers rest as He has given you, and they too shall inherit the land that the Lord your God gives them. You will then return to the land of your inheritance which Moses the servant of the Lord gave you on this side of the Jordan towards the rising of the sun, and you will inherit it.
16And they answered Joshua saying: All that you have commanded us we shall do and wherever you send us we shall go.
17Just as we obeyed Moses in everything, so shall we obey you. Only that the Lord your God be with you as He was with Moses.
18Every man that shall rebel against your words and will not listen to your commands in all that you order him shall be put to death. Only be strong and have courage.

The Priestly Blessing
And HaShem our G-D spoke to Moses, saying: “Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them: Yivarechecha Adonai viyishmirecha Ya’erAdonai panav elecha veechuneka Yeesa Adonai panav elecha viyasem lecha shalom “The L-d bless you and keep you; The L-d make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The L-d lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” ’ “So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them.” In HaShem and HaShem’s alone Mighty Glorious Name. Forever and Ever O’Amein and O’Amein.

We believe in One and Only One G-D. HaShem; The G-D of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We do not and will not Pray in any others name or Praise any other, but HaShem.
Exodus chapter 20: 2-14.God spoke all these words, saying:I the LORD am your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, the house of bondage:You shall have no other gods besides Me.You shall not make for yourself a sculptured image, or any likeness of what is in the heavens above, or on the earth below, or in the waters under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them. For I the LORD your God am an impassioned God, visiting the guilt of the parents upon the children, upon the third and upon the fourth generations of those who reject Me, but showing kindness to the thousandth generation of those who love Me and keep My commandments.
We believe G-D has called each of us to search matters out. (It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, And the glory of a king to plumb a matter.Like the heavens in their height, like the earth in its depth, Is the mind of kings—unfathomable. Proverbs 25:2 -3)
This is one reason why here at Marie Speaks G-D’s Grace Bible Study, we review several historical references and resources, of which we provide links and or screen shots for others to study at their leisure. We have been directed by G-D Wonderful and Almighty, to go Book by Book, Verse by Verse; sharing HIS Torah and Tanakh. We believe as directed by G-D Our Heavenly Father, learning and growing in Torah and Tanakh leads to understanding and wisdom; this shall only be achieved in reading, studying, and sharing HIS Word for ourselves; not relying on man.
Learning, growing, and studying with OUR L-D is to be done with others that are like minded, but more so during our personal time.
The BLOGs are written to assist those just beginning to study the BIBLE as a starting point. The Live or recorded Bible Studies are to cover and release opportunities and guidance, but ultimately is ones own personal responsibility to rule, govern, and be purposeful in their relationship with G-D.
Proverbs 22: 4 thru 6The effect of humility is fear of the LORD, Wealth, honor, and life.Thorns and snares are in the path of the crooked; He who values his life will keep far from them.Train a lad in the way he ought to go; He will not swerve from it even in old age.
Ezekiel 18: 20 thru 22The person who sins, he alone shall die. A child shall not share the burden of a parent’s guilt, nor shall a parent share the burden of a child’s guilt; the righteousness of the righteous shall be accounted to him alone, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be accounted to him alone. Moreover, if the wicked one repents of all the sins that he committed and keeps all My laws and does what is just and right, he shall live; he shall not die.None of the transgressions he committed shall be remembered against him; because of the righteousness he has practiced, he shall live. Is it my desire that a wicked person shall die?—says the L-d G-D. It is rather that he shall turn back from his ways and live.
May HaShem, Blessed be He, continue to Bless us all and may we all be forever written in the Book of Life. O’Amein and O’AmeinA little about me: I love HaShem, TORAH, and Tanakh!!!!! I am not perfect!!!!
If we meet: We talking about Torah, drinking tea or coffee, and what books are out about HaShem! And maybe over some kosher pizza… maybe over some kosher steak…make over super sweet kosher cake ……. have a fun laugh about you guess it… Torah! Or on a bike, or during a hike, or while riding on a train in the rain as the rain falls nicely on the plain in Spain….., but either way…..We’ll be talking about TORAH!!!!
What is import to me:……..A relationship with Our Father HaShem, Our Merciful Creator, Savior, and Wise King. Live in Torah, live with Family and community of Tribe.
My thoughts: We may not be perfect, but we study, we learn, we laugh, & we grow; we try try and have the courage to try again.
My goals: To learn, and grow, and share Love of Torah in HaShem with others who are willing or open to hearing. HaShem is my refuge, my strength, my confidant, and my true resting place.I have been using the minds.com account and Rumble (Live Bible Study video Post: Rumble )as main accounts.
Lastly, NEVER LOSE FAITH, Hope, and have Courage!!!!Let’s continue to Fear and Love HaShem like a משיח and Pray.
PRAY FOR OUR NATION, enemies, fellows, and many lost Sons and Daughters of Torah to return to HaShem, Blessed be He, for ever and ever Amen. HaShem is with me … I shall not be afraid!!!!!
