Devarim  (Eikev) chapter 10 What’s in the blood is not always what is in the heart and Devarim (Eikev) chapter 11: Be Strong!!!!!:

What to expect this lesson?

This lesson we continue in second sermon of  Moses’ of Blessed memory speech to the Nation of Israel before His death and the Nation of Israel carrying on into the Promise Land.  This lesson we will review the portion Deuteronomy (Eikev) Devarim 10 and 11 , with a reading of the Haftarah: Isaiah 49: 14 thru 51:3. The next Portion of the Bible Study will be  Re’ehDeuteronomy 11:26–16:17,Haftarah: Isaiah 54:11 – 55:5 for those who would like to read ahead..

I believe this Bible Studies main concepts are: 1 .We all need to buy dictionaries and read them to truly know what words mean and how to apply the words to ones life and relationship with G-D. 2. Converting does imply a change it… it is a change. 3. But not lastly, G-D still can and will speak to all those who want to be spoken to…..

Heading into a…..

Portion of a Portion:

For the Portion of a Portion Deuteronomy (Eikev) Devarim 8 and 9 , with a reading of the Haftarah: Isaiah 49: 14 thru 51:3. The next Portion of the Bible Study will be  Re’ehDeuteronomy 11:26–16:17,Haftarah: Isaiah 54:11 – 55:5 for those who would like to read ahead..

We will continue to increase in our intro Hebrew vocabulary, intro Hebrew terminology, Tanakh (the actual ….Jewish Bible.. that mean no “new testament”) introduction, and Torah Spiritual Teaching. I have added to the Blog news letter the Blessings Before and after reading the Torah.

This week’s Jewish terminology word is: Rosh Hodesh ……….

This is a Hebrew word pronounced (ROESH HOW-desh) which literally means “head of the month.”
Commonly known as the celebration of the new moon.

This weeks word was selected at random from my personally owned The JPS Dictionary of Jewish Words by Joyce Eisenberg and Ellen Scolnic 2001 copyright 1st edition. The BLOG for this weeks Jewish Terminology Word can be found by clicking the hyperlink.

 Blessings of the Torah:

Why Blessings of the Torah?:

Before we begin the Study of the Torah a Blessing is done. In saying the Blessing we are for filling a mitzvah and Blessing HaShem of Glory and Truth’s beautiful Torah.  A Mitzvah is defined basically as:

  1. A commandment of the Jewish law.
  2. The fulfillment of such a commandment.
  3. A worthy deed.

I say these Blessings every morning during my morning prayers. And to ensure I am not leading others into to improper practices, I want to ensure I repeat the Blessings of HaShem Our Merciful Father’s Torah just incase others may not have yet had a chance today.

Blessings of the Torah:

Blessed are You, HaShem our God, King of the Universe, Who sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to be engrossed in the words of Torah.

HaShem our God, please make the words of Your Torah pleasant in our mouths and in the mouths of Your people Israel. And may we and our descendants [and the descendants of our descendants] and the descendants of Your people the House of Israel, all know Your Name and be students of Your Torah for its own sake. Blessed are You, HaShem Who teaches Torah to His people, Israel.

Blessed are You, HaShem our God, King of the Universe Who chose us from among all the peoples and gave us His Torah. Blessed are You, HaShem, Giver of the Torah!

Blessing before the reading of the Torah:

Bor’chu es ado-noy ha-m’voroch.
Bless the L-rd who is blessed.

Congregation and Oleh say:
Boruch ado-noy ha-m’voroch l’olom vo-ed.
Blessed be the L-rd who is blessed for all eternity.

Oleh continues:
Boruch atoh ado-noy elo-haynu melech ho-olom, asher bochar bonu mikol ha-amim, v’nosan lonu es toroso. Boruch atoh ado-noy, nosayn ha-toroh.
Blessed are You, L-rd our G‑d, King of the universe, who has chosen us from among all the nations and given us His Torah. Blessed are You L-rd, who gives the Torah.

Let us begin with today’s lesson!

Bible Study Handbook Sources I love to use are linked below as well as on our website. I did take the advice from others and create a page to the website that titled What Marie Likes. I wanted to create a page that had some of my favorite items to share with others.

Some of this items or sources I have on this page I have discussed on the Live and Uploaded Bible Studies.

I understand that sometimes sources or resources that are authentic and Jewish may be difficult to find….. this page aims to help or assist for those seeking some of the gems and glories that might be hidden in and of Judaism.

I am not paid to endorse any thing on this Bible Study of page unless directly noted. I truly do want to help make others journey or study in Torah…a little more easy and enjoyable.

Please feel free to message on Facebook or IG with any questions related to this page. I fully admit I am not an expert, but I will do my best to help take some looks around.

Allllllll….. that being said enjoy:

This Bible Study I have continued to use Metsudah Publications, 2009. I honestly, am liking this version of the Tanakh. The version is hyperlink for those who are interested in reading further.

 Devarim  (Eikev) chapter 10

I entitled this chapter…….What’s in the blood is not always what is in the heart:

verses 1 thru 5: At that time, Adonoy said to me, ‘‘Hew for yourself two stone tablets like the originals, and ascend to Me on the mountain; and make for yourself a wooden case.

And I will write on the tablets the words that were on the original tablets that you smashed, and you will place them in the case.’’

So I made a case of shittim wood, and I hewed two stone tablets like the originals, and I ascended the mountain with the two tablets in my hand.

He wrote on the tablets like the original writing, the ten statements that Adonoy addressed to you on the mountain from within the fire on the day of assembly, and Adonoy gave them to me.

I turned and descended the mountain, and placed the tablets into the case that I had made; and they remained there as Adonoy had commanded me.

Commentary: Carve for yourself two stone tablets.

The first set of Stone Tablets were carved by the Hand of G-D, but after the golden cafe incident these second set of tablets Moshe is ordered by HaShem Blessed be He…. to “carve for himself the stone tablets”.

I believe this is a commandment not only to Moshe our Teacher and the Nation of Israel at this time, but to us as well.

Many of us may not like to admit, but we have all made or bowed dow to some form of an idol.

Maybe the idol was not carve or forged from gold, but if we put anything including another human before HaShem we have engaged in idolatry and thus must Repent…. make Teshuva (return) to HaShem and carve for ourself the tablets… which would be recommitting to The Torah and Commandments of HaShem.

Definition of forged: an adjective

  1. Not genuine; counterfeit;
  2. shaped by strong pressure in a press, or by heating and hammering; — of metal objects.
  3. fake

Definition of carved:

Carving is the act of using tools to shape something from a material by scraping away portions of that material. The technique can be applied to any material that is solid enough to hold a form even when pieces have been removed from it, and yet soft enough for portions to be scraped away with available tools.

These verses also remind me of a time in the Garden of Eden……

Genesis chapter 2 verses 4 thru 19 of the JPS 2006 we read:

Such is the story of heaven and earth when they were created. When God יהוה made earth and heaven—

when no shrub of the field had yet sprouted, because God יהוה had not sent rain upon the earth and there were no human beings to till the soil,

but a flow would well up from the ground and water the whole surface of the earth—

God יהוה formed the Human blowing into his nostrils the breath of life: the Human became a living being.

God יהוה planted a garden in Eden, in the east, and placed there the Human who had been fashioned.

And from the ground God יהוה caused to grow every tree that was pleasing to the sight and good for food, with the tree of life in the middle of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and bad.

A river issues from Eden to water the garden, and it then divides and becomes four branches.

The name of the first is Pishon, the one that winds through the whole land of Havilah, where the gold is.

The name of the second river is Gihon, the one that winds through the whole land of Cush.

The name of the third river is Tigris, the one that flows east of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

God יהוה settled the Human in the garden of Eden, to till it and tend it.

And God יהוה commanded the Human, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you are free to eat;

but as for the tree of knowledge of good and bad, you must not eat of it; for as soon as you eat of it, you shall die.”

God יהוה said, “It is not good for the Human to be alone; I will make a fitting counterpart for him.”

And God יהוה formed out of the earth all the wild beasts and all the birds of the sky, and brought them to the Human to see what he would call them; and whatever the Human called each living creature, that would be its name.

Much like in the Garden of Eden… Adam-and-Eve were provided everything. They did not have to work for their food or for anything. They also did not know any shame, guilt, or have an evil incite. In addition to G-D Almighty providing everything for Adam and Eve…. G-D would “walk” with them and perhaps talk with them every evening. How lovely of a thought that is right?!?. But after they Adam and Eve and the serpent… transgressed… turn away from the will and commandments of G-D.. pretty quickly might I add… they had to be awarded or some might say… suffer the consequences for their transgression. Adam among other things would have to now toil and endure thorns. Eve would have longing for her husband and have painful labor of children. And last but never least of the suffering… not serpents would be the lowest of the low among the beast or creators HaShem created… everything we no longer …very good or even good. Everything was down graded or separated .. for lack of a better word.. Spirituality.

Much like the separation that occur in the Garden or Eden, so to the golden calf separated us from G-D and thus another Spiritual downgrade was the consequence.

I believe this clip for another article might best describe what was lost , but G-D willing soon in our days may be achieved again.

The erotic symbolism by which the dynamic relationship between the various aspects of the divine is described in the kabbalistic system relates to the idea that the creation of souls takes place in connection with an act of cosmic union. In addition, it reflects deep religious implications regarding the exalted nature of the soul that were attached to human sexual union on account of its archetypal parallel in the supernal worlds.

The kabbalistic doctrine of the soul is based upon three fundamental assumptions regarding the nature of man: (1) the divine origin of the human soul; (2) the idea that man is structured in the image of the sefirotand that his soul reflects the hierarchy of the supernatural worlds, and (3) the idea that man can influence the world of the divine.

Jewish Spirituality and the Soul BY RACHEL ELIOR

I believe due, to our repeated spiritual down grades, we have lost some much of our closeness with G-D, but also our ability to influences and subdue control regien over the earth and earthly matters as commanded by HaShem. Can this be remedy? Yes, of course. But, only when one is fully and ready to completely resubmit to HaShem as a pair just as Adam and Eve transgressed as a pair, but also as a Nation just as the Nation of Israel made a golden calf. Echad. Echad. Echad. will bring about the Mashiach, this is why it is in my opinion part of our duty to shine the Torah Light so bright the light attract more and more back to Torah and HaShem… Teshuva…. return.

verses 6 thru 16 Bnei Yisroel traveled from Be’eiros Bnei Ya’akon to Moseiroh. There Aharon died and was buried there; and his son El’ozor served in his stead.

From there they traveled to Goodgode, and from Goodgode to Yotvos, a land with flowing with streams of water.

Bnei Yisroel traveled from Be’eiros Bnei Ya’akon to Moseiroh. There Aharon died and was buried there; and his son El’ozor served in his stead.

From there they traveled to Goodgode, and from Goodgode to Yotvos, a land with flowing with streams of water.

At that time Adonoy separated the tribe of Leivi to carry the case of Adonoy’s covenant, to stand before Adonoy to serve Him, and to bless in His name until this day.

This is why Leivi had no share or territory with his brothers: Adonoy is his territory as Adonoy, your God, promised for him.

And I remained on the mountain like the previous time, forty days and forty nights, and Adonoy accepted my prayer that time, too; Adonoy was unwilling to harm you.

And Adonoy said to me, ‘‘Get ready! Go lead the people’s traveling, and let them come and inherit the land that I swore to their forefathers to give them.’’

And now, Yisroel, what is Adonoy, your God, asking of you, other than to fear Adonoy, your God, to go in all His ways and to love Him, and to serve Adonoy, your God, wholeheartedly and with your whole being.

To guard Adonoy’s commandments and His statutes that I am commanding you today; for your benefit.

Look! to Adonoy, your God, belong the heavens and the heavens beyond the heavens, the earth and all that is in it.

[Yet] only your forefathers did Adonoy desire, to love them; and He chose their descendants after them—you—from all the peoples, like this day.

You are to remove your heart’s blockage, not to make yourselves stubborn any more.

commentary: what does God ask of Israel?

And now, O Israel, what does your God יהוה demand of you? Only this: to revere your God יהוה, to walk only in divine paths, to love and to serve your God יהוה with all your heart and soul,

keeping יהוה’s commandments and laws, which I enjoin upon you today, for your good.

commentary: verses 12 and 13… of Devarim is almost like a plea from G-D rather then a demand. Merciful HaShem is in a way begging His creations every to chose Him and His ways… every day in every case… rather than self. Remember, self is the foundation of all idolatry. Where as, the foundation of the Love of HaShem found only with and in Torah.

In regards to verse 15 serval commentators, and great legends, Sages of Blessed memory our teachers; stress just because someone may be physically the offspring of the great Abraham, Issac, and Jacob (bloodline) doesn’t mean they are spiritually the offspring and thus in the covenant of HaShem or Torah.

Much like Esau and Ismael are of the stock of Abraham yet, they did not receive the covenant of HaShem and if of when offered they rejected Torah. Same is true for today by the way…. if you know then you know exactly what I mean…. do not hate the convert and just because you have been “born” into the club does mean anything unless you abide by the club rules.

Torah all or Nothing.

#boom

I said what I said…..

17 For Adonoy, your God, is God over judges and Lord over lords; the Almighty—the Great, the Powerful, and the Awesome [One]—Who neither exercises favoritism nor accepts bribes.

Commentary:

Verse 17 for hashamir God.

Definition of proselyte:.

According to Philo, a proselyte is one who abandons polytheism and adopts the worship of the One God. Josephus describes the convert as one who adopts the Jewish customs, following the laws of the Jews and worshiping God as they do—one who has become a Jew.

Furthermore, (*****and this is for those who do their best to vex or disparage.. the converts, those who want to convert, or and “strangers”, or those returning to Judaism…..*****)

During the Exile Israel came in contact with non-Israelites in a new and more intimate degree, and Deutero-Isaiah reflects the consequent change in Israel’s attitude. Even after the restoration Ezra’s position was not without its opponents. The books of Jonah and Ruth testify to the views held by the anti-Ezra pleaders for a non-racial and all-embracing Israel. Not only did Greek Judaism tolerate the reception of proselytes, but it even seems to have been active in its desire for the spread of Jewish monotheism.

One more time for the haters in the back!

“serval commentators and great legends Sages of Blessed memory our teachers; stress just because someone may be physically the offspring of the great Abraham, Issac, and Jacob doesn’t mean they are spiritually the offspring and thus in the covenant of HaShem or Torah.

Much like Esau and Ismael are of the stock of Abraham yet, they did not receive the covenant of HaShem and if of when offered they rejected Torah. I said what I said!

Definition of unrepented :

and adjective

  1. Having or exhibiting no remorse.
  2. Feeling or showing no sorrow for wrongdoing.
  3. not penitent or remorseful

I feel this definition is an important definition to review. As I have talk about in pervious Bible Studies I happen to be in a lot of group on line. Some of the groups happen to be for Jewish Converts.

I joined these groups for. a variety of reason, but shocked the level of idolatry of self ands selfishness and self centeredness…. that exist for those who “think” that converting to Judaism means in no way changing they way live or their lifestyle choices.

Of course if and when I have expressed the complete truth that

yes.. converting is an investment……

one is even returning to the faith going to need to put in some

coin…..

Books, courses, travel, moving to a Jewish Community (if needed)…cost money.

But, the most shocking idolatry of self I have seen many willingly express is…. how much they hate Rabbis, men leading, gender roles (man and woman Biblical), and for those to who it applies….they refuse to turn away from a sodomite lifestyle or party like a rock star lifestyle.

Seriously? Seriously? no wait Seriously?

Let’s define convert again:

intransitive verb

  1. To change (something) into another form, substance, state, or product; transform.
  2. To change (something) from one use, function, or purpose to another; adapt to a new or different purpose.
  3. To persuade or induce to adopt a particular religion, faith, or belief.

What about the definition of convert makes some people think that living an abomination lifestyle and is in any way in agreement with Judaism?

This is delusional for those who like that converting means … you wont have to change anything.. let only everything about you and even your surroundings. Those who think they are “converting” yet are remaining exactly the same… are delusional and those leading them or allowing that delusion are jut as guilty of leading them into and continuing to live in an against Torah and G-D lifestyle.

Let’s review the definition of delusion: noun

something that is falsely or delusively believed or propagated

under the delusion that they will finish on schedule

delusions of grandeur

psychology a persistent false psychotic belief regarding the self or persons or objects outside the self that is maintained despite indisputable evidence to the contrary

the delusion that someone was out to hurt him

also the abnormal state marked by such beliefs

the act of tricking or deceiving someone the state of being deluded

And for those that are wondering… yes I get “kicked out ” of the groups especially when I provide definitions. But, I rather stand in Truth with G-D than lie in someone forced upon me deluded sick made up world.

HaShem- “Who neither exercises favoritism nor accepts bribes.”

So why should would I?

I wouldn’t I shouldn’t and I don’t.. at least not anymore. I have come toooo far with G-D to ever compromise.

Sometimes… loving and living and in Torah is not popular or even welcomed among converts, but especially not welcomed for those under the delusional that they are converting……..what can I say….

Continuing on with the verses 18 thru 22:

Who performs justice for orphan and widow, and loves the convert to give him bread and a garment.

You are to love the convert, because you were strangers in the land of Egypt.

You are to fear Adonoy, your God, serve Him, cling to Him, and swear by His name.

He is your praise and He is your God, Who performed with you these great and fearsome things that your eyes witnessed.

Numbering seventy people, your forefathers went down to Egypt; and now Adonoy, your God, has placed you like the stars of the sky, numerous.

You wanted it … and you got it two .. yes two…. chapters for the awesome time of one!

Devarim  (Eikev) chapter 11:

I entitled this chapter Be Strong!!!!!:

verses 1 thru 13 You are to love Adonoy, your God, and you are to guard His watch, and His statutes, and His laws, and His commandments, all the years.

You will know today that not with your children who have not known and who have not seen the teaching of Adonoy, your God—His greatness, His powerful hand and His extended arm,

and His signs and His deeds that He performed within Egypt, to Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his entire land;

And what He did to the Egyptian army, to its horses and to its chariots—that He flooded the waters of Yam Suf over them when they were chasing you—Adonoy destroyed them until this day;

And what He did for you in the wilderness, until you arrived at this place;

And what He did to Dosson and to Avirom sons of Eli’ov son of Re’uven, that the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them and their families and their tents and all the sustenance at their feet amid all of Yisroel.

Rather your eyes have been witnessing the entire overwhelming activity of Adonoy that He has performed.

You will guard the entire mitzvah that I am commanding you today, in order that you be encouraged and will arrive in, and inherit the land that you are crossing over there to inherit.

And in order that you will last long on the land that Adonoy swore to your forefathers to give to them and to their descendants, a land flowing milk and honey.

For the land where you are arriving to inherit is not like the land of Egypt from which you departed, where you planted your seed and watered [it] on foot like a vegetable garden.

Rather, the land where you are crossing to inherit is a land of mountains and plains—by the rain of the skies will you drink water.

A land that Adonoy, your God, looks after; the eyes of Adonoy, your God, are always upon it, from the year’s beginning until the year’s end.

Should you thoroughly heed My commandments that I am commanding you today—to love Adonoy, your God, and to serve Him with all your desires and with your entire beings,

Commentary: If you hearken….

Me being me… definitions matter. Especially, when learning I love looking up dictionaries and Encyclopedia, especially when there are pictures…. oh yes. I have several hard copies, but for the Bible Study it is obviously easier to hyperlink than type out… sooo yeah we gonna hyperlink….

Often times I find that I and others speak or use words that we don’t truly know the definition of… or meaning too. and there for we can’t action…. out what weez… supposed to do right?!

… well, I aim to correct this about myself and hopefully be a decent example for other to correct this about them if needed as well. So let us review some definitions… ooh yeah!

Definition of hearken: intransitive verb

  1. To listen attentively; give heed.
  2. To listen; to lend the ear; to attend to what is uttered; to give heed; to hear, in order to obey or comply.
  3. To inquire; to seek information.

Definition of serve: intransitive verb

  1. To work for (someone) as a servant.
  2. To prepare and offer (food, for example).
  3. To place food before (someone); wait on.

Now that we have a matter understanding of the many true definitions of the words serve and hearken , I believe we can better understand how we can apply these words into to actions in regarding our relationship with HaShem the Only one True Living G-D.

Definition of seduce: transitive verb

  1. To attract or lead (someone) away from proper behavior or thinking: synonymlure.
  2. To induce (someone) to engage in sexual activity, as by flirting or persuasion.
  3. To entice into a different state or position.

Definition of prostate: transitive verb

  1. To put or throw flat with the face down, as in submission or adoration.
  2. To cause to lie flat.
  3. To reduce to extreme weakness or incapacitation; overcome.

I think sometimes, when one has not been properly or willfully educated in the true meaning or words… one might not understand how their actions or lifestyle goes against HaShem and Torah. This is possibly why they continue in being delusional that they can live in a wicked disgusting manner, but claim they “love” G-D. They claim … they are “converting”.. and or they even claim just because they have the blood of a Jew they are in Judaism or Jewish……no … no and … no.

absolutely not.

Clearly from the text and definitions… ones has to make a clear and distinctive choice, followed by action, and live out Torah in order to be in the covenant of HaShem through Torah.

This change in conversion or re-commitment…… should be highly visible and unmistakable……not only to others, but self, and most of all G-D.

and closing of the reading this Torah Study…

verses 17 thru 25

And Adonoy’s anger will be aroused against you, and He will restrain the skies and there will be no rain, and the soil will not yield its produce, and you will swiftly be removed from upon the good land that Adonoy is giving you.

You are to place these words of Mine on your mind and on your being, and bind them as a sign on your hand and they will be totafos on your head;

And you are to teach them to your sons to speak in them when you sit at home, and when you journey on the road, and when you go to sleep, and when you rise;

And you are to write them on the doorposts of your home and your gateways.

In order that they will be many—your years and the years of your children on the soil that Adonoy swore to your forefathers to give them, like the years of heaven on earth.

For if you truly guard this entire mitzvah that I am commanding you to perform, to love Adonoy, your God, to walk in all His ways and to cling to Him.

Adonoy will expel all these nations before you, and you will inherit nations greater and more powerful than you.

Every place that the sole of your foot steps on will be yours, from the wilderness and the Lebanon, form the river—the Euphrates River—up to the ultimate sea, will be your boundary.

No man will stand up to you; fear of you and awe of you will Adonoy, your God, place upon the surface of the entire land that you are stepping into, as He promised you.

Commentary for verse 22:

For if you truly guard this entire mitzvah that I am commanding you to perform, to love Adonoy, your God, to walk in all His ways and to cling to Him.

I clearly underlined and uppercased the parts of this verse I beleive are the most important and strees the truth and facts… ONe can not pick and chose what commandments a vallid and therefore should be followed. If one is ever confued on what HaShem is asking or commanded or what the Torah is stating …..ask, research, look up, seek out. talk to a Rabbi… read a dictionary… be an active participant in this LIFE!

Don’t treat Torah like one does a film.. merely watch for entertainment and disregard after. G-d forbid, considering the time spent a waste of money and and so on. But, look up and seek to make a clear and informed decision…

Do I want HaShem? Do I want Torah? What is this Jewish Life really about? Can I do more and be more tomorrow than I am right now?

Ask questions!

Ask… there is no doubt in my mind…

HaShem Himself will answer you… for it written….

Jeremiah 29 verses 10 thru 14

I will take note of you, and I will fulfill to you My promise of favor—to bring you back to this place.

For I am mindful of the plans I have made concerning you—declares the LORD—plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a hopeful future.

When you call Me, and come and pray to Me, I will give heed to you.

You will search for Me and find Me, if only you seek Me wholeheartedly.

I will be at hand for you—declares the LORD—and I will restore your fortunes. And I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places to which I have banished you—declares the LORD—and I will bring you back to the place from which I have exiled you.

Amen and Amen … #thankyouHaShem

I pray that everyone everywhere repent and return to the only one who can save HaShem!

The True and Only Living G-d!

Receive Torah ….be back in the covenant of G-d. Be at the Har Sinai say yes and be saved…….. the choice is yours.

Amen and Amen

In-conclusion,

I am left with the same thoughts that I have had since Season 1.

Everyone has a choice… and everything has a choice.

Accept the Torah, turn from evil and do good, or even chose this day whom one shall serve.

In any case…. some will chose the Life in Torah with HaShem. and… sadly some will chose the sword.

OAmein and OAmein

Blessings after reading the Torah.

Haftarah: Isaiah 49:14 thru 51:3

But Żiyyon said, The Lord has forsaken me, and my Lord has forgotten me.

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? even these may forget, yet I will not forget thee.

Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.

Thy children make haste; thy destroyers and they that made thee waste go away from thee.

Lift up thy eyes round about, and behold: all these gather themselves together, and come to thee. As I live, says the Lord, thou shalt surely clothe thee with them all, as with an ornament, and bind them on, like a bride.

For thy waste and thy desolate places, and thy devastated land, shall now be too narrow for the inhabitants, and they that swallowed thee up shall be far away.

The children that were taken away from thee shall say again in thy ears, The place is too narrow for me: make room for me that I may dwell.

Then shalt thou say in thy heart, Who has begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, a solitary, an exile, and a wanderer to and fro? and who has brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where have they been?

Thus says the Lord God, Behold, I will lift up my hand to the nations, and set up my standard to the peoples: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried on their shoulders.

And kings shall be thy foster fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face towards the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the Lord: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.

Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the captive of the victorious delivered?

But thus says the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contends with thee, and I will save thy children.

And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunk with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I, the Lord am thy deliverer and the mighty One of Ya῾aqov is thy redeemer.

chapter 50

Thus says the Lord, Where is the bill of your mother’s divorcement, with which I have put her away? or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have you sold yourselves, and for your transgressions was your mother put away.

Why, when I came, was there no man? when I called, was there none to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver? behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish rots, because there is no water, and dies for thirst.

I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.

The Lord God has given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to sustain him that is weary: he wakens morning by morning, he wakens my ear to hear as the learned.

The Lord God has opened my ear, and I was not rebellious, nor did I turn away.

I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.

For the Lord God has helped me; therefore have I not been confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I knew that I should not be ashamed.

He is near that justifies me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who is my adversary? let him come near to me.

Behold, the Lord God will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? lo, they all shall grow old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.

Who is there among you that fears the Lord, that obeys the voice of his servant, that walks in darkness, and has no light? let him trust in the name of the Lord, and rely upon his God.

Behold all you that kindle a fire, and that girdle yourselves around with sparks; walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks that you have kindled. This came to you from my hand; you shall lie down in grief.

Chapter 51

Hearken to me, you that follow after righteousness, you that seek the Lord: look to the rock whence you are hewn, and to the hole of the pit from which you were dug out.

Look to Avraham your father, and to Sara that bore you: for he was but one when I called him, and I blessed him, and increased him.

For the Lord shall comfort Żiyyon: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like ῾Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be found in it, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.

The Priestly Blessing

And  HaShem our G-D spoke to Moses, saying: “Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:

Yivarechecha
Adonai
viyishmirecha

Ya’er
Adonai
panav
elecha
veechuneka

Yeesa
Adonai
panav
elecha
viyasem
lecha
shalom

“The L-d bless you and keep you;
The L-d make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The L-d lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.” ’

“So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them.”

How we conduct Bible Studies here:

We believe in One and Only One G-D. HaShem; The G-D of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

We do not and will not Pray in any others name or Praise any other, but HaShem.

Exodus chapter 20: 2-14.

God spoke all these words, saying:

I the LORD am your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, the house of bondage:

You shall have no other gods besides Me.

You shall not make for yourself a sculptured image, or any likeness of what is in the heavens above, or on the earth below, or in the waters under the earth.

You shall not bow down to them or serve them. For I the LORD your God am an impassioned God, visiting the guilt of the parents upon the children, upon the third and upon the fourth generations of those who reject Me,

but showing kindness to the thousandth generation of those who love Me and keep My commandments.

We believe G-D has called each of us to search matters out.

(It is the glory of God to conceal a matter,
And the glory of a king to plumb a matter.

Like the heavens in their height, like the earth in its depth, Is the mind of kings—unfathomable.. Proverbs 25:2 -3)

This is one reason why here at Marie Speaks G-D’s Grace Bible Study, we review several historical references and resources, of which we provide links and or screen shots for others to study at their leisure.

We have been directed by G-D Wonderful and Almighty, to go Book by Book, Verse by Verse; sharing HIS Torah and Tanakh.

We believe as directed by G-D Our Heavenly Father, learning and growing in Torah and Tanakh leads to understanding and wisdom; this shall only be achieved in reading, studying, and sharing HIS Word for ourselves; not relying on man.

Learning, growing, and studying with OUR L-D is to be done with others that are like minded, but more so during our personal time.

The BLOGs are written to assist those just beginning to study the BIBLE as a starting point. The Live or recorded Bible Studies are to cover and release opportunities and guidance, but ultimately is ones own personal responsibility to rule, govern, and be purposeful in their relationship with G-D.

Proverbs 22: 4 thru 6

The effect of humility is fear of the LORD,
Wealth, honor, and life.

Thorns and snares are in the path of the crooked;
He who values his life will keep far from them.

Train a lad in the way he ought to go;
He will not swerve from it even in old age.

Ezekiel 18: 20 thru 22

The person who sins, he alone shall die. A child shall not share the burden of a parent’s guilt, nor shall a parent share the burden of a child’s guilt; the righteousness of the righteous shall be accounted to him alone, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be accounted to him alone.

Moreover, if the wicked one repents of all the sins that he committed and keeps all My laws and does what is just and right, he shall live; he shall not die.

None of the transgressions he committed shall be remembered against him; because of the righteousness he has practiced, he shall live.

Is it my desire that a wicked person shall die?—says the L-d G-D. It is rather that he shall turn back from his ways and live.

May HaShem, Blessed be He continue to Bless us all and may we all be forever written in the Book of Life.

O’Amein and O’Amein

A little about me: I love HaShem, TORAH, and Tanakh!!!!! I am not perfect!!!!

If we meet: We talking about Torah, drinking tea or coffee, and what books are out about HaShem! And maybe over some kosher pizza… maybe over some kosher steak…make over super sweet kosher cake ……. have a fun laugh about you guess it… Torah! Or on a bike, or  during a hike,  or while riding on a train in the rain as the rain falls nicely on the plain in Spain….., but either way…..We’ll be talking about TORAH!!!!

What is import to me:……..A relationship with Our Father  HaShem Our Merciful Creator, Savior, and Wise King. Live in Torah, live with Family and community of Tribe.

My thoughts: We may not be perfect, but we study, we learn, we laugh, & we grow; we try try and have the courage to try again.

My goals: To learn and grow and share Love of Torah in HaShem with others who are willing or open to hearing.

I have been using the minds.com account and

Rumble (Live Bible Study video Post: Rumble  )

as main accounts.

Lastly, NEVER LOSE FAITH!!!!

Let’s continue to Fear and Love HaShem like a משיח and Pray.
PRAY FOR OUR NATION, enemies, fellows, and many lost Sons and Daughters of Torah to return to HaShem Blessed be He for ever and ever Amen.

HaShem IS ON THE MOVE!!!!!

Blessings and Prayers.
